Outer Islands Trays and Plates

Locally fast growing wood is used to make these lovely plates and trays. Many are decorated with local vines, woven through the wood to make the decorative borders, others have mother of pearl encrustations.

The coasters and tablemats are available in 2 qualities and in 4 different sizes.

Rattan is used for the coarser more inexpensive sort. The fine ones are made from roots and vines, they are far more intricate and take much longer to produce.
